Blog Post #48 Interview Script

Today I will be making my CCR #2 (Interview) Script.

 

Interview - 

Interviewer (Aiden) - Hello Sir, what’s your name?

Participant (Parker) - Uhm my name is Parker, Why?

Aiden - Would you mind taking five minutes out of your day to watch this video and answer some questions?

Parker - I’ve got a few minutes, why what is it?

Aiden - My film that I’m directing called “The Last Shot”

3 minutes later * cut

Aiden - So after watching the films opening sequence what do you think about how the film will engage the audience, and how one could advertise this film to audiences?

Parker - So, after what I watched I feel like it will be able to engage the audience through the action sequences and vivid scenery.

Aiden - What about the advertising aspects?

Parker - I feel like the way that it reaches minority groups and athletes across all sports, will definitely help it advertise to multiple groups and cultures.

Aiden - Thank you for your time sir and hope you have a blessed day

Parker - Have a good day! I’ll check it out in theaters, it seems interesting!

Blog Post #6 Sports in Film

Today I will be analyzing The Longest Yard, which is a Sports Films and how it is good at helping convey the other genres in that film through its different micro elements, specifically Mise-en-Scene. The Longest Yard The Longest Yard is a football movie that is centered around a star quarterback who got into trouble with the law, this getting him arrested. Then this brings up the location which is centered in a prison with the quarterback ("Paul Crewe", The main character) having to put together a football team to compete with the guards of that prison. This is because the prison wants to humiliate the prisoners and make it seem as though they are nothing compared to the guards of the prison, it will also re-assure the public about their prison security and their overall security system.
